Toltec Spiritual Offerings

Jasmine Gold is a Toltec Mentor, certified Four Agreements Facilitator, and Reiki Master. She has studied intensively with many teachers including Miguel Ruiz and David Deida. She started studying and practicing the Toltec path in 2000 and has completed don Miguel Ruiz’s three-year Toltec Dreaming program. Besides Reiki, Jasmine has explored many other healing arts. Individual Appointments:

These are tailored to your specific needs. They can include discussion, recapitulation breathing, hands-on energy healing, and/or tools based on the Toltec teachings of don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements. In-person private sessions and phone sessions are available, as well as weekend and evening appointments.

MONTHLY TOLTEC INVENTORY AND RECAPITULATION BREATHING CIRCLE

TUESDAY, AUGUST 17/1st TUESDAYS STARTING IN SEPTEMBER (9/7, 10/5, 11/2, 12/7)

The ancient Toltec process of inventory and recapitulation breathing is a powerful tool for transforming limiting fears and beliefs at an energetic level. It can help you discover and remove the old energy stored in your memories. You will then be able to fill this space with new beliefs that make you happy. In this circle, you will experience multiple recapitulation breathing sessions and learn how to recapitulate your entire life.

Living Your Dreams

Explore and recreate your life through discussion, visualization, movement, recapitulation breathing, and other tools based on the Toltec teachings of don Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four Agreements. Energetically examine and release any undesired judgments and beliefs that keep you from living your dreams.

Healing Your Heart through the Four Agreements:

This class moves steadily deeper through an exploration of the Four Agreements (Be Impeccable with Your Word, Don’t Take Anything Personally, Don’t Make Assumptions, Always Do Your Best) and the Toltec Masteries of Awareness, Transformation, and Intent. Discover the limiting beliefs that make you unhappy and free yourself to choose new beliefs based on unconditional love. There will be exercises, experiential work, and discussion.

In order to provide an opportunity to share and reconnect to our feminine essence, I’m starting a Women’s Circle where we can celebrate the joy, strength and beauty of being WOMEN! Come join me!

We will focus on practices to share our deepest heart’s desires. We will flow with our bodies and emotions. We will dance, sing, and emote. We will stay in the moment with our feelings and let go of the past and future. We will lovingly and playfully express all sides of feminine energy – light and dark. The Circle will draw on my Toltec studies with don Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four Agreements (see www.miguelruiz.com ), and the work of David Deida, a teacher and author with a unique perspective on how we grow spiritually and sexually (see www.deida.info ).

Initially each circle will probably start with a chapter from Dear Lover by David Deida. The chapter will provide the springboard for the evening practices, but there will not be much discussion. This introduction to the book will give you a flavor of his work:

“Dear Reader,

I offer the following chapters to you as if you were my lover. Although you may be single or married, I offer these words to you as I would to my beloved. We may never meet, but I want to give you the opportunity to feel your heart through mine.

For years, I have taught workshops around the world, opening with women and men while they share their deepest heart’s desires. It seems we often come to know ourselves most deeply through the heart of someone who loves us, who is willing to open and see us as we truly are, who is willing to listen and feel our heart’s yearning.

To give and receive love fully-this is our heart’s true desire, yours and mine. The yearning you feel in your heart is the same yearning that everyone feels. By feeling your heart’s yearning through mine, I hope you will come to know yourself more deeply through the many hearts that have opened together inn trust and allowed these words to merge.

All hearts want to open to God, or the boundless flow of divine love. You may or may not be a religious person, and still your heart yearns to open without bounds, to be seen and to be offered without limits. This is what I mean by “open to God”–to open and feel everything and everyone’s heart as a divine expression of love.

Sexuality is also a divine expression of love–or at least it could be. As I would offer my heart to my lover, the following chapters are offered to you so your heart may open to God, whether you are alone or in relationship, whether you are making tea or making love. My hope is that by feeling your heart through these words, you will come to know more deeply how divine love yearns to open through everyone’s heart.

And so, recognizing that our hearts flow open with the same love, the following chapters are offered to you as if you were my dear lover.”
